CDSS issues All County Letters and Information Notices continuously, and they are written for county staff rather than for you. This page lists the ones that touch IHSS, with a plain-English note on what actually changed — including when the honest answer is “nothing, for you.”

About these notes. The letter number, date, title and link come straight from CDSS. The plain-English note under each one is ours. Entries marked Verified have been checked against the letter itself; those marked from title are summarised from the letter’s title only and have not been read in full yet.
